I have a heart for doing life with people who are at a major crossroads in life, a crisis of belief, or a traumatic experience. Transition happens naturally as we grow from the joy of new life to toddler, child, teen, young adult, adult, senior and begins again with the celebration of new life. Those natural transitions personally cause a variety of crises and possibly trauma in our community. My personal experiences in life have given me opportunity to experience the value of sitting with others while I grieved, walking through life’s lessons together and standing unified on the power of His love. I love learning with others and being with others who enjoy learning too. Currently, I am working with the Wesleyan Church on training leaders to be compassionate – hospitable to all others. I learn the most when I teach. I look forward to learning and doing life with Freshman college students as they embark on their next great adventure!
I have written a children’s book that is available on amazon: “Can you see me?”. I have spoke at Ladies retreats and taught Sunday School and Homeschool Cooperatives. I played flute for 37 years at wedding and on worship teams. Today my favorite thing to do is read books to my grandson and teach him the value of having a song in your heart.
