Howard Thurman
Background
After graduating from Elim Bible Institute, I spent 20 years in vocational ministry. In 2016, after completing a degree in Organizational Management, I made a career pivot to higher education by accepting my first role at Roberts in the School of Business. Since that time, I earned my Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership and added numerous business tools to my years of experience in project management, leadership coaching, and systems development.
I live by the philosophy that life’s journey is most memorable and most meaningful when taken alongside a community of friends. As a result, I actively build collaborative teams and thriving communities in my workspace and home life. I am married and have three adult children. I love all things outdoors, including hunting, hiking, archery, camping, rock-climbing, and paddling.
